Basically my trip went North to Sappora, then to Abashari where I took an ice breaking boat out to sea, then back to Sappora, then down to Kyoto for temples and a palace, then to Hiroshima for the memorial, then to Kagoshima for a ferry to this awesome island called Yakushima. This island inspired the director of Princess Monokyo and the forest was amazing, trees as old as 3,000 years old. Ferry was a bit rough to get there though, 3 hours through dark stormy seas with huge huge waves (fun! especially when you were smart enough to remember Dramamine). Then back to Tokyo for 8 days and met up with Gina and Eunah for 3 days while they were visiting from Korea! They were a ton of fun, and hopefully I get to visit them in Korea at some point!!

Super weird subway ad. Temple in Tokyo... Fire from the nuclear bomb in Hiroshima in the temple. Burning for the hope nuclear weapons be abolished. Cool shot of crows, just got my new camera don't blame me. Park in Tokyo, although more a swamp I thought (uuneo) Cool tree lights at Uueno park. Closeup of tree... Tree lights part 2. Subway map, just above ground. For a color blind person this was like having a heard attack, luckily it wasn't too bad. Scenery as I head north on trains. Weird 50 yen piece, hole in it. Train scenary as I move north, lots of snow. Panoramic of my ice breaking boat. Coast near Abashari. Ice Breaking Boat Boat Again... Ice Slushy, global warming has killed the actual ice. More Ocean ice... Ocean was beautiful. Ice ice ice, on the freaking ocean. And more... And more! Shot from deck level... panoramic for fun's sake. My little japenese room. Bed is so comfortable, I like the windows too. Little kid table, everyone in japan is sitting at one. Snow White Japan Style You are right I have no freaking idea what this says either, says snow white. Ummm, i promise I won't set you on fire comb? Ariel shot of palace area. House In Kyoto Colorado Coffee in Japan? Saw a few of these. Painting I liked. Beautiful temple in the moutains. Tons of these, was amazing. Dragon washing area. Dragon spit water. Wash your hands first, then water to mouth and spit out. To be clean before going into temple. Note to self, water from the spout, don't drink the water people spit in, lesson learned the hard way by a laughing priest. Cool shadows... I just got this camera don't blame me for all these shots. Hiroshima, a very somber exp. One of few buildings in Hiroshima that was partially standing, rebuilt out of ruiens as memorial. Thank you, I will! Ferry to the island, I have video of the rolling motions if you want to get sick. My awesome hike. Weird sign. Beautiful beautiful place. And more of this amazing island... Cool stairs down the path. Very old tree. So amazing and tall, I wish you could see a person to see to scale how massive this tree was. Bridges are awesome And more of this amazing island... Monkeys, I have a hilarious video of them scaring the hell out of me. Totally walked into a wild pack of them in the hike. And more of this amazing island... Tall Tall2 The trees were just amazing, curvy, just like the movies that the director made who was inpsired by them. Curvy trees. And more of this amazing island... Path along the water. Cutest thing in Tokyo. Temple in Tokyo and Gina taking a picture. Gina and Eunah reading prayers left, some were very funny and or moving. Prayer tree. Prayer tree... Police cars in japan have weird lights? Eunah really really loves dogs and needs to get one! They were both very happy as they got some delicious crape with chocalate and cream cheese and it was pretty delicious. This will haunt my nightmares. So cool Royce had a used clothing store, on the 3rd floor of some back alley. Super weird place. No idea? Awesome building! hilarious hilarious hilarious Cool ad... This was super super intimidating, so so so many people. I agree, party welcome! She really needs to get a dog! Tokyo department store trying on funny hats :), although not sure what this was as we were as confused as the english description. Haunt my dreams. Cool design cool design 2 Cool scuplture at night with glowing eyes, buddhist demon i believe. Couldn't capture it well though. Weird mural. Part of mural. Chocalate sparkling water, ya, it was good though. Day trip to try to see mt fuji but fog too thick. Pirate ship? check I swear to god i will never touch doubtful things... Gondala ride! Tree tops. Can’t wait to do more as I get time over the next months. I can’t fraking wait for some snow too! Haven’t seen any in a few years due to being in Egypt!
